After earning her Ph.D., Annie worked as a project manager at an Edu-Tech company.  She then joined the founding team of PalmDrive, where she was in charge of online product design, IT team management, and mentors training. With over a decade of diverse experience, she is known for her warm, humorous, and strategic mentorship, helping students uncover their strengths and build personalized profiles with a focus on long-term goals. Annie has guided hundreds of students to obtain admission from top universities, including Harvard, Yale, and Stanford, and many of her early mentees are now executives and professors.​
